Their engagement may be governed by a Public Offer Agreement for Independent Contractor Services or a separate contractor agreement. This model allows us to build flexible project teams while keeping the client relationship, project scope, quality standards and final delivery with SUPERSH.
Contractors are independent service providers and are responsible for their own tax, legal and compliance obligations. SUPERSH LTD does not operate as a recruitment agency, staffing provider, employer of record, payroll processor or payment services business. Contractor remuneration is paid for work performed within agency projects.
