Digital projects often require different specialists at different stages: media buyers, designers, editors, copywriters, streamers, UGC creators, analysts, developers, localisation experts and technical marketing specialists.

SUPERSH may engage independent contractors for specific project tasks where specialist execution is required. These contractors provide services to SUPERSH, not directly to the client unless expressly agreed.

Their engagement may be governed by a Public Offer Agreement for Independent Contractor Services or a separate contractor agreement. This model allows us to build flexible project teams while keeping the client relationship, project scope, quality standards and final delivery with SUPERSH.

What this model is not

Not payroll processing, payment services, employment outsourcing, recruitment, staffing, employer-of-record activity or a freelancer marketplace. Payments to contractors are made as remuneration for services provided to SUPERSH, not as payment processing for third parties.
